Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Englewood, CO

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide care in an ICU stepdown unit on a 13-week contract in Englewood, Colorado. The 20-bed unit uses Meditech, has a 1:4 ratio, and serves high-acuity cardiac patients.

• Monitor telemetry and assess progressive care patients
• Administer and titrate ordered cardiac and critical care drips
• Assist with chest tube and pacer wire care
• Perform 12 lead EKGs and respond to clinical changes
• Manage respiratory support devices, pumps, and related equipment
• Document care in Meditech and coordinate with the care team

• Colorado Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale
• Minimum 1-year current PCU experience

• Extensive neuro experience
• Cardiac experience
