Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Englewood, CO

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for highly acute trauma patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Englewood, Colorado. The 20-bed unit uses Meditech/CPN, has estimated 1:4 ratios, and supports vents, feeding pumps, wound vacs, specialty beds, chest tubes, and suction.

• Assess and monitor progressive care and trauma patients
• Manage chest tubes, trachs, suction, and other complex therapies
• Administer medications and coordinate treatments with the care team
• Respond to changes in patient status and escalate concerns promptly
• Document care in the charting system accurately and consistently
• Support safe care delivery with nurses, techs, and physicians

• Current Colorado Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital PCU experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Prior Meditech experience
