Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Englewood, CO

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for high-acuity trauma patients in an acute care hospital unit during a 13-week contract in Englewood, Colorado. The 20-bed unit has estimated 1:4 ratios, Meditech/CPN charting, and a Level 1 trauma setting.

• Monitor and assess high-acuity trauma patients
• Manage chest tubes, trachs, suction, and wound vacs
• Support ventilated patients and feeding pump therapy
• Administer IV therapies and coordinate care
• Respond to changes in condition and escalate concerns

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital PCU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications

• NIH Stroke Scale experience
• Meditech charting experience
