Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Asheville, NC

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for adult patients in a hospital progressive care setting on a 13 week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The unit is part of a Magnet hospital and referral center with a Level II trauma center and a comprehensive stroke center.

• Monitor telemetry and assess changing patient conditions
• Administer medications and coordinate ordered treatments
• Manage step-down patients with complex cardiac, respiratory, and medical needs
• Respond to clinical changes and escalate concerns promptly
• Document care and communicate patient status with the care team
• Support discharge planning and patient education

• Registered Nurse license in North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• BLS and ACLS
• Strong telemetry and cardiac monitoring skills
• Safe medication administration and patient assessment skills
