Travel Physical Therapy Assistant in Oklahoma City, OK

A Travel Physical Therapy Assistant will provide rehabilitative treatment in a nursing home setting on a 13-week contract in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role supports patients with physical functioning disorders under a Physical Therapist's direction and documents care in an electronic record.

• Deliver skilled rehabilitation interventions under Physical Therapist supervision
• Administer manual techniques, ambulation training, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress and report treatment outcomes to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Document treatment minutes and required clinical information in the electronic record
• Communicate progress, barriers, and care plans with the health team
• Provide input for discharge summaries and participate in care conferences and rehabilitation meetings
• Support patients, families, caregivers, and students as directed

• Oklahoma Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Clinical documentation and patient communication skills
