Travel Physical Therapy Assistant in Marlborough, MA

A Travel Physical Therapy Assistant Physical Therapist Assistant will provide rehabilitative treatment in a nursing home for a 13-week contract in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The role supports patients with physical functioning disorders under the direction of a Physical Therapist and uses electronic documentation.

• Provide skilled rehabilitation interventions under Physical Therapist supervision
• Administer manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Track patient progress and report treatment effectiveness to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Document required treatment details and minutes in the electronic record
• Communicate barriers, goals, and discharge input with the care team
• Support patients, families, caregivers, and students as directed

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license
