Travel Physical Therapy Assistant in Webster, MA

A Travel Physical Therapist Assistant will provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders in a nursing home physical therapy unit on a 13-week contract in Webster, Massachusetts. The role works under the direction of a Physical Therapist, uses electronic documentation, and supports care planning, patient education, and discharge preparation.

• Deliver skilled rehabilitative treatment under Physical Therapist supervision
• Apply manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and assistive devices
• Support ambulation and other mobility-focused interventions
• Track patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Document treatment provided and treatment minutes in the electronic record
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy plans and goals
• Participate in care conferences and rehabilitation meetings

• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license
