Travel Physical Therapy Assistant in Ada, OK

A Travel Physical Therapist Assistant will provide supervised rehabilitative treatment in a long term care setting on a 13-week contract in Ada, Oklahoma. The role supports patients with physical functioning disorders and documents care in an electronic system.

• Deliver supervised rehabilitative treatment for patients with physical functioning disorders
• Perform manual techniques, ambulation training, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and assistive device activities
• Monitor patient progress and report treatment response to the Physical Therapist
• Document care, treatment minutes, and discharge input in the electronic record
• Communicate patient barriers and plan changes with the care team
• Support patient and family education, DME coordination, and student supervision

• Oklahoma Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
