Travel Physical Therapist in Tampa, FL

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide skilled home health care in the home setting on a 20-week contract in Tampa, Florida. Adults and geriatrics receive care for orthopedic, neurologic, cardiac, and respiratory needs. Documentation and home exercise instruction are part of the work.

• Assess mobility, strength, balance, and home safety
• Develop and update plans of care for home visits
• Teach home exercise programs and safe transfer techniques
• Support gait training, assistive device use, and functional mobility
• Document visits, patient progress, and care coordination

• Florida Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of home health Physical Therapist experience
• Valid driver's license and access to a car
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program

• OASIS training
• Teaching hospital experience
• Community hospital experience
• LTAC experience
