Travel Physical Therapist in Dunedin, FL

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide home health visits for adults and geriatrics on a 20-week contract in Dunedin, Florida. The caseload averages 6 visits per day and includes cardiopulmonary, neuro, ortho, and oncology patients, with OASIS documentation.

• Evaluate home health patients and update the plan of care
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility interventions
• Instruct patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and injury prevention
• Monitor vital signs, pain, and cardiopulmonary status during visits
• Document assessments, progress, and discharge needs
• Coordinate care goals and reassess outcomes across the episode of care

• Florida Physical Therapist license
• Basic Life Support certification
• OASIS documentation experience
• 2 years of home health Physical Therapist experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for home visits

• Experience with Hoyer lifts
• Experience with sit to stand lifts
• Specialty bed experience
