Travel Physical Therapist in Okeechobee, FL

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide inpatient and outpatient therapy in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Okeechobee, Florida. The unit uses Meditech and standard physical therapy equipment and supports a collaborative team caring for inpatient and outpatient patients.

• Evaluate inpatient and outpatient therapy patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver therapeutic exercise and mobility interventions
• Document care and progress in Meditech
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses and therapy staff
• Support patient flow and daily treatment needs

• Florida Physical Therapist license
• PT or DPT degree

• Travel therapy experience
