Travel Physical Therapist in Mound City, MO

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide rehabilitation care for patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs in a nursing home in Mound City, Missouri on a 13-week contract. The role uses standardized assessments, electronic documentation, and collaborative care planning.

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
• Develop and adjust plans of care using standardized assessments and evidence-based practice
• Administer manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and supportive devices
• Document treatment progress, outcomes, treatment minutes, and discharge summaries in the electronic record
• Communicate patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans with the care team, patients, and families
• Support care conferences, consultations, counseling, and supervision of physical therapist assistants or rehabilitation aides

• Missouri Physical Therapist license
