Travel Physical Therapist in Apple Valley, CA

A Travel Pediatric Physical Therapist will provide rehabilitation services for pediatric patients in an outpatient unit at an acute care hospital in Apple Valley, California on a 13-week contract. Epic charting is used for documentation. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Evaluate pediatric patients and develop treatment plans
• Deliver therapy to improve mobility, strength and function
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and safety
• Document care and outcomes in Epic
• Collaborate with the care team on patient progress

• Current California Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of pediatric physical therapy experience
• Ability to work independently in pediatric outpatient care
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
