A Travel Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in a nursing home setting on a 13-week contract in Potosi, Missouri. The role serves patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs, using standardized assessments, evidence-based care, and electronic documentation.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Perform manual techniques, ambulation training, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record
• Provide counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers
• Document treatment minutes, discharge summaries, and required records
• Communicate with the care team and support rehabilitation staff and students
