Travel Physical Therapist in Oregon, MO

A Travel Physical Therapist will screen, evaluate, and treat patients in a long-term care nursing home setting on a 13-week contract in Oregon, Missouri. The role uses standardized assessments, evidence-based treatment, and electronic documentation. It also supports patients with wound care needs, assistive devices, and discharge planning.

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
• Develop and update plans of care based on patient progress and outcomes
• Provide manual techniques, ambulation training, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and assistive device use
• Document treatment, progress, and discharge summaries in the electronic record
• Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and the care team about goals and barriers
• Participate in care conferences, utilization review meetings, and rehabilitation meetings
• Supervise physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students

• Missouri Physical Therapist license
