Travel Physical Therapist in Lagrange, GA

A Travel Physical Therapist will assess and deliver rehabilitative care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Lagrange, Georgia. The role focuses on mobility, pain relief, strength, and preventing deformity for patients with disease or injury across the care continuum.

• Assess patient mobility, strength, pain, and functional status
• Plan and provide individualized rehabilitation treatment
• Implement exercises and therapeutic interventions to improve movement
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs
• Document care and communicate with the care team
• Support regulatory and quality standards in daily practice

• Georgia Physical Therapist license
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Effective communication and patient education skills
