Travel Physical Therapist in Augusta, GA

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide inpatient rehabilitation therapy in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Augusta, Georgia. The unit manages a 4-6 caseload, treats 3-4 patients daily, and uses Meditech with therapy tech support.

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, gait, balance, and mobility training
• Use rehab equipment to improve function and endurance
• Document patient progress and response to care
• Collaborate with therapy staff and the care team
• Assist with wound care as indicated

• Georgia Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of experience
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program
• Core skills in inpatient rehabilitation care

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Care Tool experience
