A Travel Physical Therapist will assess and guide rehabilitative care in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Jackson, Georgia. The role supports patients across the full continuum with a quality focused, customer oriented approach.

• Assess mobility, pain, strength and functional needs
• Plan individualized rehabilitation treatments
• Provide therapy to improve movement and function
• Educate patients and families on home exercise and recovery
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
• Document care and maintain regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with the care team to support recovery

• Georgia Physical Therapist license
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program
• Strong assessment, treatment planning and patient education skills
