Travel Physical Therapist in Kodiak Island, AK

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide rehabilitation care in an outpatient and hospital setting on a 13-week contract in Kodiak Island, Alaska. The unit serves adults and geriatrics, uses Epic charting, and welcomes first-time travelers.

• Evaluate patients and establish care plans
• Perform therapeutic exercise and gait training
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment goals
• Educate patients and families on recovery
• Assist with mobility aids and transfers
• Document care in Epic accurately

• Alaska Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program

• Pediatric and adolescent experience
• Acute care and Skilled Nursing Facility experience
• Appointment scheduling
