Travel Physical Therapist in King City, CA

A Travel Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in King City, California. The caseload is split between inpatient and outpatient therapy.

• Evaluate and treat inpatient and outpatient patients
• Develop individualized plans of care for rehabilitation goals
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, gait, and mobility interventions
• Assist with discharge planning and safe care transitions
• Document assessments, progress, and treatment response
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and therapists

• Active California Physical Therapist license
• BLS/BCLS certification
• 2 years of Physical Therapist experience in inpatient and outpatient care
• Strong evaluation, documentation, and patient education skills
