Travel Physical Therapist in Apple Valley, CA

A Travel Pediatric Physical Therapist will provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Apple Valley, California. Epic charting is used, first-time travelers are welcome, and the role serves children in an outpatient setting.

• Evaluate pediatric patients and identify therapy needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient care
• Deliver physical therapy interventions and monitor progress
• Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes in Epic
• Educate caregivers on home exercise and follow-up care
• Collaborate with the care team to support continuity of care

• California Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of pediatric physical therapy experience
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program
• Strong pediatric assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
