Travel Physical Therapist in Aventura, FL

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide rehabilitation care in an acute care hospital for a 12-week contract in Aventura, Florida. The unit uses Meditech and supports one-on-one treatment with rehab equipment for mobility and recovery.

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy interventions
• Use rehabilitation equipment to support mobility and recovery
• Document patient progress in the charting system
• Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to coordinate care

• Florida Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills

• IRF experience
• SNF experience
