Travel Pharmacist in Broken Arrow, OK

A Travel Pharmacist Registered Pharmacist will compound and dispense medications in a hospital pharmacy in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on a 13-week contract. It supports adult and geriatric patients through order review, IV preparation, and medication safety services.

• Review medication orders for safety and appropriateness
• Compound and dispense medications and pharmaceutical supplies
• Prepare IV products using aseptic technique
• Monitor therapy for interactions, duplications, and allergies
• Provide drug information and consult with clinical staff
• Support quality improvement, education, and reporting activities
• Supervise technical support staff and verify prepared products

• Oklahoma Board of Pharmacy license
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Graduation from an accredited pharmacy program

• 1 year recent hospital pharmacy experience
