Travel Pediatrics RN in Lubbock, TX

A Travel Pediatric Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care in a pediatric hospital in Lubbock, Texas on a 16-week contract. The unit serves infants, children and adolescents, with 35 beds, an average daily census of 27 and Epic charting. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Provide bedside care for pediatric patients
• Monitor respiratory support and oxygen therapy
• Manage feedings and central lines
• Administer medications and support ordered treatments
• Assess, document and report changes in condition
• Educate families and coordinate with the care team

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS and PALS
• 1 year pediatric MedSurg experience
• Epic charting system experience

• Teaching hospital experience
