Travel PACU RN in Lancaster, OH

A Travel PACU Registered Nurse will provide recovery nursing care in an acute care hospital on an 8-week contract in Lancaster, Ohio. The role supports patients after anesthesia with monitoring, medication administration, documentation, and family education. PACU recovery care and coordination with the surgical team are central to the setting.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate post-anesthesia nursing care
• Monitor patients during recovery and report changes in condition
• Administer medications and perform treatments safely
• Implement physician orders and support care pathways
• Educate patients and families through discharge
• Document the nursing process clearly and accurately
• Supervise and delegate tasks to co-workers as needed

• Current active Ohio Registered Nurse license
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• CPR and BLS/BCLS
• ACLS
• 2 years Registered Nursing experience
