Travel OR RN in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will support surgical cases in an adult OR in San Antonio, Texas on a 13-week contract. The unit has 22 operating rooms, uses Meditech, and supports a large robotic surgery program across multiple specialties. Care is provided at a 1:1 ratio.

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures
• Assist the surgical team during general and specialty cases
• Maintain sterile technique and safe perioperative workflow
• Support robotic, orthopedic, neuro, ENT, plastic, burn, urology, podiatry, and colorectal cases
• Document perioperative care in Meditech
• Coordinate instruments, supplies, and patient positioning
• Monitor patient status throughout the procedure

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS
• Operating room nursing experience
• Perioperative patient care and sterile field management
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
