Travel OR RN in Corpus Christi, TX

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will support surgical cases in a hospital operating room in Corpus Christi, Texas on a 13-week contract. The unit uses 1:1 staffing and Meditech charting and handles neurosurgery, urology, general surgery, colorectal, plastics, podiatry, ENT, and orthopedics.

• Prepare the operating room and maintain sterile technique
• Assist the surgical team during multi-specialty procedures
• Circulate and document perioperative patient care
• Coordinate instruments, supplies, and specimens
• Support patient transfers and procedural handoffs
• Follow surgical services policies and unit workflows

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Perioperative nursing skills
• Sterile field and surgical asepsis knowledge

• Certified Surgical Technologist background
