Travel OR RN in Pasadena, TX

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will support multi-specialty surgical cases in a hospital in Pasadena, Texas for a 13-week contract. The unit handles general, orthopedic, urology, and gynecologic cases with Meditech converting to Expanse.

• Prepare the operating room for scheduled and emergent surgical cases
• Assist with general, orthopedic, urology, and gynecologic procedures
• Support robotic and laparoscopic cases in a sterile environment
• Coordinate instruments, supplies, and equipment for intraoperative care
• Document perioperative care in the electronic record
• Respond to trauma-related surgical needs as assigned

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• 2 years of operating room experience
• Operating room teamwork and surgical support skills

• Orthopedic operating room experience
• ENT or vascular case experience
• Pediatric surgical experience
• BSN
