Travel OR RN in Houston, TX

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will support orthopedic surgery in a hospital operating room on a 13-week contract in Houston, Texas. The unit has 17 operating rooms, uses Meditech, and is not trauma designated.

• Prepare operating rooms for orthopedic cases
• Circulate large joint, hand, foot, scope, and spine procedures
• Assist with patient positioning and case setup
• Maintain a sterile field throughout surgery
• Support surgeons and surgical assistants during procedures
• Document intraoperative care and case details

• Current Texas Registered Nurse license
• Large joint and spine orthopedic operating room experience
• Strong sterile technique and perioperative assessment skills

• Advanced total joints and spine case experience
