Travel Oncology RN in Webster, TX

A Travel Oncology Registered Nurse will provide care for oncology and transplant patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Webster, Texas. The 8-bed unit uses telemetry and Meditech, with a 4:1 ratio and a team focused on chemotherapy, biotherapy, blood administration, and cardiac monitoring.

• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments
• Provide care for bone marrow transplant patients
• Monitor telemetry and cardiac status
• Manage blood product administration
• Assess hematology-oncology patients and respond to changes
• Document care and treatment responses

• Current Texas Registered Nurse license or multistate compact license
• ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification
• BLS certification
• Chemo and biotherapy administration experience
• Bone marrow transplant experience
• Hematology experience

• ONCC Oncology Certified Nurse Certification
• ACLS certification
