Travel Oncology RN in Boston, MA

A Travel Oncology Registered Nurse will provide treatment nursing care in a solid tumor unit at an acute care hospital in Boston, Massachusetts on a 13-week contract. The unit has 27 treatment bays and clinic exam rooms and uses Epic EMR. The role focuses on inbasket management and oncology care.

• Provides treatment nursing care for oncology patients in the ambulatory unit
• Monitors symptoms, responses, and tolerance during visits
• Administers chemotherapy and related treatments per protocol
• Reviews orders, coordinates care, and documents in Epic EMR
• Supports patient education on treatment plans and side effects
• Manages inbasket messages and follow-up communication

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS-AHA certification
• Oncology nursing experience
• Epic EMR proficiency and inbasket management

• Chemotherapy and biotherapy certification
