Travel Oncology RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Oncology Registered Nurse will provide triage, education, and assessment in a gynecologic oncology clinic and OR setting on a 13-week contract in Spokane, Washington. The unit serves adults with complex gynecologic oncology needs, low visit volume, and Epic charting. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Triage medication reactions, symptom changes, and post-surgical concerns
• Provide phone and Epic message follow-up for adult gynecologic oncology patients
• Complete preoperative and postoperative education and assessment
• Support safe progression through treatment and recovery
• Obtain vital signs, pain assessments, and focused histories
• Coordinate referrals and patient teaching as needed

• Washington or Compact Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 2 years of RN experience
• Adult patient care experience in oncology, gynecology, surgical, PACU, SICU, OR, or triage
• Telephone triage, patient teaching, vital signs, pain assessment, urinalysis, and vaginal bleeding assessment skills

• Voiding trial experience
• Central line and port flush experience
• Epic charting experience
