Travel Oncology RN in Issaquah, WA

A Travel Oncology Registered Nurse will provide outpatient chemotherapy infusion care in a hospital in Issaquah, Washington on a 13-week contract. The unit serves adults, averages 30 visits per day, and has 12 infusion rooms with clinic physicians supporting treatment needs.

• Administer chemotherapy and infusion treatments
• Monitor patients during visits and respond to reactions
• Access and maintain ports, PICC lines and central lines
• Start and maintain IVs and collect blood samples
• Review labs and report abnormal values to the care team
• Provide blood product support and patient education

• Washington Registered Nurse license or active compact Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy certification
• 1 year of acute care med surg oncology experience
• Chemotherapy administration and port or central line care experience

• OCN certification
• Infusion center experience
• Infusion pump management
• Phlebotomy skills
