Travel Oncology RN in Portland, OR

A Travel Oncology Registered Nurse will support outpatient oncology navigation, triage, and care coordination in Portland, Oregon, on a 13-week contract. Adult solid tumor patients are seen in a clinic setting, and Epic is used for charting.

• Triage oncology patient concerns and symptom calls
• Coordinate navigation and follow-up across the care team
• Provide chemotherapy education and patient teaching
• Review labs, imaging results, and medication changes
• Support referrals, medication reconciliation, and refill requests
• Document care in Epic and maintain chart preparation

• Oregon Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of oncology experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Prior travel experience

• Outpatient oncology experience
• OCN certification
• Telephone triage experience
