Travel Oncology RN in Asheville, NC

A Travel Oncology Registered Nurse will care for surgical oncology patients in a hospital unit on a 26-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The unit has 24 beds, runs 1:4 to 1:5 ratios, and uses Cerner.

• Assess oncology and post-surgical patients
• Administer medications and support treatment plans
• Monitor patient status and report changes
• Prepare patients for pelvic exams and thoracentesis
• Assist with echocardiogram-related care as needed
• Document care and coordinate with the team

• North Carolina Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
