Travel Occupational Therapist in Wichita, KS

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide evaluation and treatment in an acute inpatient rehabilitation unit on a 13 week contract in Wichita, Kansas. Patients require a 3-hour therapy requirement each day, and the unit uses Meditech with ADL, IADL, and gym resources.

• Evaluate and treat patients in inpatient rehabilitation
• Deliver ADL and IADL interventions
• Collaborate with PT and SLP on care plans
• Track therapy time and charges
• Use ESTIM, patient lifts, and gym equipment
• Document care in Meditech

• Minimum 6 months current acute care Occupational Therapist experience
• BLS certification
• Active Kansas Occupational Therapist license

• Acute inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Lymphedema certification
• Neuro certification or experience
