Travel Occupational Therapist in Hugo, CO

A Travel Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services across outpatient, acute, and home health settings on a 14-week contract in Hugo, Colorado. The role is mostly outpatient in a rural area with a mix of hospital care and home health visits.

• Evaluate occupational therapy needs across outpatient, acute, and home health settings
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient goals and progress
• Assist with rehabilitation for post-op patients, sports injuries, and geriatric needs
• Deliver therapy interventions using standard occupational therapy techniques and equipment
• Document patient status, treatment progress, and care plans accurately
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate therapy services and follow-up care

• Current Colorado Occupational Therapist license
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Outpatient occupational therapy experience
• General occupational therapy experience with post-op, sports injury, and geriatrics
• Core documentation and patient care skills

• Inpatient occupational therapy experience
