Travel Nuclear Medicine Tech in Seattle, WA

A Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform adult nuclear medicine imaging in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Seattle, Washington. The unit focuses on neuro and cardiac studies and uses Epic charting. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Prepare patients for nuclear medicine studies
• Perform adult neuro and cardiac imaging exams
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and imaging agents
• Coordinate stress and rest cardiac procedures
• Monitor patients during exams and follow safety precautions
• Document and process studies in Epic

• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist credential
• Washington state license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of nuclear medicine experience
• Adult, cerebral blood flow, nuclear cardiology, exercise/rest and pharmacological stress experience
• Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE

• PET imaging experience
• Abdominal and ventricular study experience
• Community hospital experience
• Epic charting experience
