Per Diem Nuclear Medicine Tech in Los Angeles, CA

A Per Diem Nuclear Medicine Technologist will support adult nuclear medicine imaging in a clinic in Los Angeles, California. The role includes EPIC charting, Siemens equipment, and studies such as gastric emptying, HIDA, MUGA, and PET scans. Adult patient experience is central to the unit.

• Perform nuclear medicine studies for adult patients
• Prepare patients and equipment for gastric emptying, HIDA, MUGA, and PET procedures
• Operate Siemens imaging systems during diagnostic examinations
• Document studies and patient care in EPIC
• Follow radiation safety and imaging protocols
• Support additional nuclear medicine procedures as needed

• BLS certification
• National certification through ARRT and NMTCB
• 2 years of recent nuclear medicine technologist experience with adult patients

• EPIC experience
• Siemens equipment experience
• Clinical and hospital experience
• DEXA scan experience
