Travel Nuclear Medicine Tech in Orangeburg, SC

A Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform adult nuclear medicine imaging, including general and cardiac cases, in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Orangeburg, South Carolina. The unit uses Epic and serves a level II trauma setting. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform adult general and cardiac nuclear medicine studies
• Prepare patients and administer radiopharmaceuticals for exams
• Acquire and process images for diagnostic quality
• Complete bone, HIDA, GI bleed, thyroid, renal, lung, MUGA, WBC infection, lymphoscintigraphy, parathyroid, and MPI stress studies
• Document exams and patient information in Epic
• Apply radiation safety practices and support team communication

• NMTCB(N) or ARRT(N) certification
• CNMT credential
• BLS certification
• SCQRSA state license in Nuclear Medicine and Radiology or Computed Tomography
• 3 years of nuclear medicine technologist experience

• ARRT(CT) certification
• Bachelor's degree
