Travel NICU RN in Dallas, TX

A Travel NICU Registered Nurse will care for critically ill newborns in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Dallas, Texas. The unit uses CPN and Meditech, with 1:1 to 1:4 ratios and care for patients under 2 years old.

• Provide direct nursing care for critically ill neonates and young infants
• Monitor respiratory status and manage ventilator, CPAP, and oxygen support
• Administer medications and maintain central line care
• Assist with neonatal procedures and surgical recovery
• Document assessments, treatments, and responses in the charting system
• Collaborate with the neonatal care team and support families

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS and NRP
• 1 year of Level III NICU experience
• Experience caring for preemies 28 weeks and above
• Central line and respiratory management, including intubated patients
• Trach infant and broviac care
