Travel NICU RN in Charlottesville, VA

A Travel Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care for neonates and pediatric patients in a hospital setting on a 13-week contract in Charlottesville, Virginia. The role supports neonatal intensive care and pediatric critical care in a unit using Epic charting.

• Provide direct nursing care for neonates, infants, children, and adolescents
• Monitor respiratory, hemodynamic, and neurologic status
• Assist with resuscitation and stabilization of high-risk newborns
• Manage ventilated patients, oxygen support, and airway care
• Administer IV therapies, blood products, and enteral nutrition
• Document assessments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in Epic

• Virginia Registered Nurse license, pending licensure accepted
• BLS, NRP, PALS, and ACLS
• 2 years PICU experience
• Epic charting experience
• Teaching hospital experience and prior travel experience

• ECMO experience
• Level III NICU experience
• Previous charge experience
• Trauma Level I or II experience
