Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Webster, TX

A Travel Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adult patients in an acute care hospital in Webster, Texas, on a 13-week contract. The unit has 15 beds, a 5:1 to 6:1 patient load, and Meditech Expanse charting.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes
• Assess medical-surgical patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Provide patient education and discharge support
• Coordinate care with the nursing team
• Document assessments and interventions in the EMR

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Telemetry experience
• Medical-surgical nursing experience

• Phlebotomy
• ACLS certification
