Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Webster, TX

A Travel Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Webster, Texas. The unit has 15 beds, 5:1 to 6:1 ratios, and uses Meditech Expanse for charting.

• Monitor telemetry and report rhythm changes
• Assess medical-surgical patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and coordinate treatments
• Document nursing care in the electronic record
• Collaborate with the care team on admissions and discharges
• Support patient education and response to changing conditions

• Active Registered Nurse license in Texas
• BLS certification
• Telemetry nursing skills

• Phlebotomy skills
• ACLS certification
