A Travel Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide coordinated nursing care for assigned patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Ukiah, California. The role supports medical-surgical and telemetry patients, using critical thinking and teamwork to coordinate care across disciplines.

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes in status
• Use the nursing process to plan and adjust care
• Coordinate care with physicians and other disciplines
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff
• Document care and communicate patient needs clearly

• California Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Medical-surgical and telemetry nursing skills
