A Per Diem Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide bedside care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital in Downey, California. The role centers on cardiac monitoring, medication support, and coordination with the care team.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes to the care team
• Assess adult medical-surgical patients and update the plan of care
• Administer medications and evaluate patient responses
• Support treatment, discharge, and patient education needs
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the chart
• Collaborate with providers and nursing staff on daily care priorities

• Current California Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of medical-surgical or telemetry experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong cardiac monitoring and acute care skills
