Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Seaside, OR

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adult and geriatric patients on a medical surgical telemetry unit in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Seaside, Oregon. The unit uses Epic and maintains a 1:4 ratio.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond to changes
• Administer medications and blood products
• Manage IVs, ports, PICCs, and central lines
• Provide wound, drain, chest tube, and CBI care
• Support patients with stroke, cardiac, respiratory, and seizure needs
• Perform phlebotomy and reinforce isolation precautions

• Oregon Registered Nurse license
• ACLS and BLS
• 2 years of medical surgical telemetry experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Prior travel experience
• Skills in dysrhythmia interpretation, IV therapy, central line care, and wound care
