Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for patients on a seizure monitoring unit in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The role centers on telemetry and neurologic monitoring.

• Monitor telemetry and neurologic changes closely
• Administer medications and maintain treatment plans
• Assess seizure precautions and patient safety measures
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on care instructions

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state Registered Nurse license
• 12 months of permanent Med Surg / Telemetry experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Telemetry rhythm interpretation and ECG recognition skills
