Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care in an acute care hospital orthopedic and surgical unit in Cleveland, Ohio for an 18-week contract. The role supports telemetry monitoring and orthopedic-surgical recovery care.

• Assess orthopedic and surgical telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and escalate changes
• Administer medications and support treatment plans
• Collaborate with providers on care coordination
• Document assessments, responses, and progress
• Educate patients on recovery and discharge needs

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact license in hand
• BLS and ACLS certification
• 12 months of permanent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• NIHSS to be obtained prior to start
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Assessment, telemetry, and care coordination skills
