Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Lima, OH

A Travel Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide direct care for assigned patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Lima, Ohio.

• Assess patients and update care plans
• Monitor cardiac status and other telemetry trends
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Document findings and report condition changes
• Coordinate care with LPNs, PCTs, and unit secretaries
• Educate patients and families on care needs
• Support safe, age-specific nursing care

• Ohio Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
